Speaking of happiness, a gem just landed in my inbox and I thought I’d share it here!
The Greater Good Science Center is based at the University of California, Berkeley and it focuses on scientific research into social and emotional well-being. The GGSC offer a happiness calendar every month which you can subscribe to here.

They also offer an online course called the The Science of Happiness (which I started but never finished – perhaps I need to add another item to my calendar!).
