Welcome to PURPLEXED SCIENCE, a science blog for everybody.

My name is Sikemi and I’m a Biomedical Science (BSc) graduate, researcher and aspiring science/health writer – with a fondness for purple (if you couldn’t already tell!). I’ve always been interested in finding new ways to share information with people.

Initially, the aim was to break down complex topics into smaller, bite-sized chunks, but now the main focus will be on writing articles on current events and topics I find interesting.
