My Journey Into the World of Coding & Data Analysis – 07

Writing about what you learn along the way is supposed to be helpful, so here I am! I am still on my coding journey. Nowadays, there is less coding and more squinting at datasets, but they go hand in hand.

Over the past year, I have learnt how to:

  • Create dashboards in Excel
  • Use SQL to query, search and filter datasets
  • Install and use Jupyter notebooks
  • Use Jupyter notebooks to analyse a dataset and produce graphs and tables

…and much more!

Over the coming months, I want to step up this journey and reach the finish line, and I will keep you updated and show you what I have learnt.

In the meantime, I’ll leave us (because I always need inspiration!) with a quote:

“You never fail until you stop trying.” – Anonymous

Note: The researcher in me wanted to attribute the quote properly, and I found this website, which investigates the origin of quotes!
