Talking To The Moon: A Helpful Resource

I have always been fascinated by the moon! I enjoy observing it at night (or, if I’m lucky, during an early sunset!), seeing the moon phase, and how pretty it looks, especially when I can see the stars. Beyond that, I don’t know much about what I am looking at.

Luckily, NASA has an impressive Daily Moon Guide on its website.

It has a lot of great features, including:

  • Current Moon phase visuals and explanations
  • Optimal viewing times depending on your location and how you’re viewing the moon
  • Which zodiac sign is the Moon passing through?
  • Looking ahead to upcoming phases, like the next full or new moon
